About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Front-End Architect to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and leading the development of complex digital circuits for FPGA and ASIC implementations. Your expertise will drive the creation of high-performance, reliable, and scalable digital systems that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including analog, mixed-signal, and application engineers, to ensure seamless integration of digital architectures with other system components. Your leadership will be instrumental in conducting design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and refining design methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with more than 6 years of experience in digital design, SoC integration, or ASIC digital architecture.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
- Proven experience in delivering complex digital design projects and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of ASIC and FPGA design methodologies, including front-end architecture and implementation flows.
- Working knowledge of Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
- Hands-on experience with formal verification tools like Siemens Questa Formal and Synopsys Spyglass.
- Strong grasp of digital design flow processes, including synthesis, simulation, static timing analysis, and front-end development.
- Knowledge of CDC (Clock Domain Crossing), RDC (Reset Domain Crossing), and multi-power domain design techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microcontroller IPs such as ARM or RISC-V.
- Proficiency in verification simulators like VCS, Questa, or Xcelium.
- Knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices.
- Familiarity with Formal Verification methodologies and tools such as JasperGold or VC Formal.
- Strong scripting skills for automation using Python, Perl, Shell, or Tcl.
- Experience with SoC-level verification, emulation, or FPGA prototyping.
- Exposure to low power/UPF verification flows.

- Architect, design, and verify complex digital front-end circuits and systems for FPGA and ASIC implementations, including defining digital design requirements, developing architectural specifications, and coding high-quality HDL modules that meet performance, reliability, and scalability targets.
- Execute all assigned tasks with a focus on reusability, efficiency, and area-optimized design.
- Lead and participate in comprehensive design reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve design robustness, quality, and development efficiency.
- Apply mixed-signal understanding to ensure smooth integration of digital front-end architectures with analog and mixed-signal components.
- Proactively define optimal system and component-level concepts, driving digitization initiatives in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as application and system engineers to develop cost-effective solutions that fulfill functional, performance, and architectural goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship during reviews and technical discussions, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Continuously improve digital design methodologies, workflows, and toolchains to enhance productivity and consistency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, architecture descriptions, design specifications, and block-level details.
- Develop, execute, and review design processes, verification strategies, test plans, and results in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Build SystemVerilog/UVM-based testbenches and reusable verification components to ensure robust validation of digital designs.
