English Jobs In Germany is a job board platform that aggregates and displays English-language job opportunities in Germany. We provide a curated list of jobs that require only English proficiency, without German language requirements.

Important: We act solely as a platform connecting job seekers with employers. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to any employment relationship.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in compliance with GDPR.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission

5. Job Listings

5.1 Accuracy of Listings

While we make every effort to ensure job listings are accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of job postings
  • That jobs are still available when you apply
  • That listed positions have zero German language requirements (we use AI filtering which may have errors)

5.2 Third-Party Content

Job listings are sourced from third-party employers and job boards. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of these listings.

5.3 Application Process

When you click "View Job" or apply to a job, you will be redirected to the employer's website or application portal. Any application you submit is directly with the employer, not with us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (design, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by English Jobs In Germany or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Accuracy or reliability of job listings
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, English Jobs In Germany shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to use the Service (whichever is greater).
