Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

A leading international company in the electrical engineering sector is looking for a Financial Analyst (m/w/d). This role is responsible for overseeing and securing the global financial activities of the group. You will work within a professional environment focused on international reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

What you'll be doing

• Managing monthly and quarterly consolidation processes and supporting business units with data migration.
• Serving as the internal expert for consolidation tools and providing technical guidance to global units.
• Ensuring all accounting procedures comply with US-GAAP standards and internal risk management guidelines.
• Coordinating financial planning, forecasting, and analyzing monthly operating results against budgets.
• Representing the group during internal and external audits and supporting M&A projects.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in US-GAAP, budgeting, corporate cost accounting, and automated financial systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Professional fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%).
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
