Product Manager

The Role

• Take internal and external responsibility for your market or product field, nationally and internationally.
• Conduct market analyses to develop product concepts in the damage assessment area.
• Initiate product adaptations and develop new products with operational units, marketing, and sales.
• Represent market and customer requirements within the company to influence strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure technical solutions align with products and customer expectations.

What You'll Need

• Technical university degree or advanced training as a master mechanic.
• Experience in damage management or a comparable activity.
• High degree of personal responsibility, willingness to shape, and solution-oriented action.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and openness to different perspectives.
• Customer focus and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Good English language skills and willingness to travel within Germany.
