The Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) to join the Fachdienst Personal und Organisation based in Bad Belzig. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of the organization’s talent acquisition strategies and support its growth by attracting qualified professionals. The role involves working closely with leadership and various departments to understand staffing needs, develop targeted job advertisements, and implement innovative recruiting techniques to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a qualification as Verwaltungsfachwirt/in is also acceptable. Prior professional experience in the HR domain, particularly in recruitment and personnel marketing, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Active Sourcing, Personalmarketing, and experience with recruiting campaigns and job fairs are advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of employment law, collective bargaining agreements, civil service regulations, and personnel representation laws. Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a structured, meticulous work approach are essential. Empathy and a respectful attitude towards applicants are also critical for success in this role.
