About the Role

A Snapshot of Your Day As the Head of Supply Chain Solutions you lead and coordinate Tiger Teams on supplier sites you operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and crisis management—primarily on-site at supplier facilities, where you can directly assess issues and drive immediate action. Your day begins with a review of escalated supplier topics, risk assessments, and long-term corrective action progress. You determine where executive attention is required and mobilize cross-functional Tiger Teams to address high-impact issues.

On-site, you lead rigorous problem-solving workshops, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment on root causes and strategic countermeasures. You engage with senior leaders and supplier executives to drive accountability and capability development. Your decisions set the tone for operational stability, supplier maturity, and long-term supply chain resilience.How You’ll Make An ImpactLeadership of high-stakes Tiger Teams at supplier sites to stabilize critical programs and safeguard key delivery commitmentsDriving of executive-level alignment on root causes, risk mitigation strategies, and long-term supplier development roadmapsChallenging of suppliers at technical, operational, and leadership levels to increase maturity and strengthen capabilitiesInfluence on cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to enable rapid decision-making and disciplined executionEstablishment of transparency and accountability through KPIs, structured performance reviews, and escalation governanceIdentification of structural weaknesses within the supply base and guidance of strategic improvement initiativesWhat You BringCompleted degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical disciplineExtensive professional experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive, or similar industries), preferably with a focus on supplier performance, operations, or quality leadershipDemonstrated experience in leading cross-functional crisis or turnaround initiatives at senior level, including hands-on on-site engagementAdvanced expertise in root cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven decision-makingStrong executive presence and communication capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels and supplier leadership teamsDeep technical understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial standards, combined with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and drive strategic improvementsAbout The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
