Your Role

Technical classification, analysis, and evaluation of data and KPIs with the aim of providing a sound basis for decision-making for management and business unitsAdvising business units and stakeholders on which information and KPIs are actually relevant for management purposes with the goal of producing only meaningful and effective reportsDevelopment and continuous refinement of purpose-driven, standardized reporting that focuses on business valueTranslation of strategic and operational questions into meaningful key performance indicators, analyses, and dashboardsVisualization of data products based on a clear understanding of business logic and processesAnalysis of business processes and interrelationships to identify opportunities for optimization and managementActive participation in the further development of business process, data, and interface architectureCritical validation, optimization, and consolidation of existing reporting and key performance indicator systemsClose collaboration with business units as a sparring partner on equal footing, not merely in an operational, executive role

Your Qualifications

degree in a business, analytical, or data-oriented field, or a comparable business-related education with relevant professional experiencesolid understanding of business processes, data relationships, and business management control mechanismsExperience in analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating data with a commitment to critically examining content and synthesizing it effectivelyAbility to identify and prioritize KPIs and communicate their significance in a manner tailored to the audienceStrong analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and a high standard for qualitystrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with reporting or BI toolsExcellent written and spoken English skillsIndependent, responsible, and solution-oriented work style Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an advisory business partner with functional departments and management on an equal footing
