We partner with senior leadership on organizational change, talent management, and performance optimization, using data-driven insights to shape a high-performing culture.As a Strategic HR Business Partnering (m/f/x) – Office, you will execute global HR strategies, support senior leaders across the region, and adapt initiatives to local needs. You’ll provide strategic HR guidance, help refine the HRBP model, and deliver talent and people solutions that drive business performance and growth.A day in the life of a HR Business Partner (m/f/x):Execute Global HR Strategy: Lead discreet areas of the implementation of global people strategies across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectivesProvide Strategic Insights: Use data and HR expertise to support decision-making and inform key business strategiesDrive Transformation: Support the team in partnering with leaders to deliver organizational change initiatives and drive talent management programsStrategic HR Partnership: Support the business to connect global HR strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment with overarching plans and initiativesLead aspects of Workforce Planning: Lead discreet aspects of workforce planning, focusing on talent development, succession, and retentionEnhance Organizational Performance: Provide guidance and facilitation to leadership teams through organizational design and effectiveness initiativesSupport Change Management: Lead elements of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering adaptabilityCollaborate across the HR function: Work with HR teams to refine processes, policies, and tools to meet business needsDrive Talent Strategies: Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth across the regionLeadership Coaching: Provide coaching to identified managers and their teams, driving leadership development and team effectivenessWhat do we need from you? You have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum 7 – 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformationAbility to solve complex problems and work independently with limited supervisionAble to develop a network and operate in a politically complex environment, gaining cooperation Strong business acumen with the ability to understand key business drivers and goalsExperience in change management and organizational development, with a focus on driving efficiency and performanceExcellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and insights to shape strategyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organizationExperience in collaborating with senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountabilityFluency in English and German, with additional languages a plusWhat You Can Expect From UsPVH offers you a smart working model (hybrid) including a flex office solution, a "work from anywhere" concept, meeting-free Fridays and many other componentsLead Yourself.
