Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION:In collaboration with the Director Strategic Initiatives, drive PUMA’s strategic transformation program and support laying the foundation for future growth and competitivenessSupport and facilitate cross-functional transformation projects and drive strategic initiatives as part of the broader programmeServe as an internal consultant by pinpointing opportunities for improvement, offering recommendations, analysing data, developing solutions, and assisting with change implementation to ensure PUMA's ongoing successCreate update presentations for senior leadership and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making within the organisationCollaborate closely with teams across the company to ensure alignment, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of transformation objectives.YOUR TALENT:At least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industryProven ability to manage complex strategic transformative programs and projectsStrong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industryStrong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutionsVery strong communication skills towards senior managementHighly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports.PUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
