Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION:Drive the development and review of PUMA’s corporate strategy in close collaboration with the management board, ensuring alignment with PUMA’s financial ambition, brand direction, and long-term growth objectivesContribute to the identification and prioritization of PUMA’s future growth drivers across markets, categories, and consumer segments, leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional inputSupport the management and assessment of PUMA’s corporate portfolio, including by evaluating and managing M&A opportunities, investment cases, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and businessFacilitate and lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, structured input gathering, and financial target settingContribute to the development of well-organized presentations and analysis to support the management board and senior leadership in strategic decision making.YOUR TALENT:At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar role, ideally with experience in the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industryExperience developing corporate and business-unit strategies, including market scans, competitive assessments, growth strategies, and strategic prioritizationsProfound understanding of commercial and financial drivers, including P&L mechanics, value creation levers, and growth modelingExperience leading complex strategic workstreams or planning processes, driving alignment across senior stakeholdersHighly analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actionable roadmapsStrong synthesis and communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at the executive and board levelHighly committed team player with great passion for sports.PUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
