Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and contribute to brand and marketing impact at scale Establish a structured approach to operational query management, ensuring seamless information flow between GTM, BUs, and Markets Drive the evolution of business packs and in-season communication, ensuring key stakeholders receive timely, actionable insightsEstablish governance for content accuracy, consistency, and strategic relevance .YOUR TALENT:10-15 years of related experienceInternational/Global mindset: experience taking into account the needs of local marketsCreative thinking, an eye for detail, and a feel for great designMust be resourceful, self-motivated and proactiveMust be detail oriented and organized; ability to work across four seasons at once, al in various stages of developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, to include creative briefs, and presentationsStrong presentation skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite (especially PowerPoint)Ability to manage a budget process, from forecast to trackingAbility to stay focused while working under tight deadlinesEntrepreneurial spirit and energyAbility to manage a team and conduct the interview/hiring process as necessaryDomestic and international travel requiredStrong Digital/Interactive background a plusForeign language a plus, but not required.PUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
