Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION:In collaboration with the Strategy leader and Management Board, lead the strategic transformation program, setting the overall direction and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and competitive positioningLead and oversee all project leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional transformation initiativesAct as the primary internal advisor for continuous improvement, identifying strategic transformative opportunities, reviewing recommendations from project leaders, analyzing program-level data, and driving solution development and implementation to secure the organization’s ongoing successDevelop and deliver comprehensive update presentations and reports to senior leadership and governance boards, enabling informed decision-making and transparent communication across all levels of the organizationCollaborate with executive stakeholders and functional teams to ensure cross-company alignment, reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee the governance and successful completion of all transformation objectives.YOUR TALENT:At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industryProven leadership and influencing skills in an international contextProven ability to lead complex strategic transformative programs and projectsStrong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industryStrong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutionsVery strong communication skills towards senior managementHighly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports.PUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
