We are a growing team of more than 400 passionate employees from more than 50 countries who share the same vision: to create a single tool to help send travellers almost anywhere in the world.Job DescriptionAs Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, performance, and accountability across Omio’s B2C business.

You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for key business areas and act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders.Operating in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, you will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic and commercial decisions.What You’ll DoOwn and deliver clear, insightful monthly financial and management reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholdersLead deep-dive variance analyses and trend reviews, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiencyAct as a proactive finance business partner to group function leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-makingDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the B2C businessBuild and maintain robust financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisionsCollaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely month-end closes and financial integrityProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic projects and executive requestsContinuously improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, and analytical frameworksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environmentStrong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysisExcellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, commercial insightsProven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makingSolid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls (e.g. IFRS, HGB)Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools; Workday experience is a plusStrong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructivelyComfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with high ownership and accountabilityAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for you?
