About the Role:

As the Head of Logistics and Distribution at Myonex GmbH you will be responsible for organizing,coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and components - from inbound to storage and distribution - ensuring efficiency, cost-effectivemness, and high service quality.

In This Role You Will

Lead and manage all logistics operations of Myonex GmbH reporting directly to the Berlin Site LeadKPI-based leadership and decision makingDevelop and maintain logistics schedules aligned with production needs and customer orders.Team Management and training of currently five warehouse workers Take care of customer and supplier relations Compliance and documention: ensure safety standards, quality procedures and regulatroy requirements as well as maintenance of accurate stock records and inventory reportsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductionPropose and implement innovative logistics solutions

About the Candidate:

Expert knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principlesProfessional with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar roleFirst experience leading a teamWork experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desiredExcellent oral and written language skills in both German and English

Über die Position: Als Leiter*in Logistik und Distribution (m/w/d) bei der Myonex GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Organisation, Koordination und Optimierung des Waren- und Komponentenflusses – vom Wareneingang über die Lagerung bis zur Auslieferung. Leitung und Steuerung aller logistischen Abläufe bei Myonex GmbH sowie Berichtswesen an den Site LeadPlanung und Koordination: Entwicklung und Pflege von Logistikplänen im Einklang mit Produktionsbedarfen und KundenaufträgenLeitung, Management und Schulung eines derzeit fünfköpfigen LagerteamsPflege der Beziehungen zu Kunden und LieferantenEinhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, Qualitätsvorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Dokumentation von Beständen und LagerberichtenIdentifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und KostensenkungsmöglichkeitenVorschlag und Umsetzung innovativer Logistiklösungen

Ihr Profil:
