Your mission

Eliminate Manual Work: Identify operational bottlenecks and build automations (n8n, Make, custom scripts) that kill repetitive tasks.Rapid Prototyping: Leverage AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, APIs) to ship internal apps and workflows in record time. Priority: Impact over polish.Scale the Architecture: Work with the C-Level to define how AI keeps our infrastructure lean while we scale globally.Enable the Team: Act as our internal AI expert, teaching everyone at MYNE how to 10x their own output using the latest tech.

Your profile

You build things. You have a track record of creating tools, bots, or scripts because you love solving problems with technology.Dangerously Technical: You’re fluent in APIs and comfortable with Python or JS. You’re an early adopter who tests every new model the day it drops.Business Logic: You don’t build for the sake of tech. You build for ROI, scalability, and impact.High Agency: You don't wait for a briefing. You see a problem, take ownership and bring the solution.Languages: English is a must; German is a strong plus for collaborating with our DACH partners.
