Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagementCreate and curate compelling content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTokMonitor social media channels, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and growing community interactionAnalyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategiesCollaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messagingStay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in social media management or digital marketingProficient with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with ability to produce engaging contentAbility to work independently and as part of a remote teamExperience with paid social media campaigns is a plus
