Position: Investment Banking Professional

Type: Contract

Compensation: $95–$115/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.Create realistic scenarios based on investment banking workflows, including deal screening and due diligence checklists.Annotate, label, and validate data across investment banking use cases such as financial statement analysis and capital structure optimization.Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas like SEC regulations and financial terminology.Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for financial services AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank.Background in M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks.Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

Series 7, 63, 79 or CFA designation.Experience in industry coverage groups (TMT, healthcare, industrials, FIG, etc.).
