We’re an early-stage team moving fast, obsessed with customer value, and focused on building a category-defining product.The RoleYou’ll work directly with our founding team at the intersection of inbound growth, GTM operations, and execution. This is a hands-on, generalist role with a clear goal: build an inbound engine that consistently turns attention into qualified pipeline.

You’ll create content and systems, set up workflows, automate what’s repetitive, and help us scale how we attract, convert, and onboard customers.If you’re curious about startups, love building from zero, and want a front-row seat to shaping a company in AI infrastructure—this is for you.Your FocusInbound Growth: Build and run our inbound funnel end-to-end: positioning → content → distribution → capture → nurture → conversion.Systems & Automation: Set up the workflows and automations that make inbound scalable (CRM hygiene, routing, enrichment, follow-ups, reporting).Execution: Move fast and deliver clean output—high ownership, high standards, and a strong bias to shipping.What You’ll DoWork with the founders on day-to-day priorities (planning, coordination, follow-ups, execution)Build and improve our inbound acquisition channels:Create and ship content (website copy, landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, product narratives, playbooks)Support distribution across channels (LinkedIn, community/partners, email/newsletter, events)Develop light SEO foundations (topic mapping, basic keyword work, on-page improvements)Turn inbound demand into pipeline:Set up lead capture and qualification (forms, scoring, routing, segmentation)Build nurture flows and follow-up systems (email sequences, lifecycle comms, handover to sales)Keep reporting tight (dashboards, attribution basics, pipeline tracking)Run research & analysis on customers, competitors, partners, and funding programs to inform growth strategyHelp document and improve internal processes (ops, hiring, finance, reporting, knowledge management)Take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution (KPIs, learnings, next steps)Your ProfileHigh standards: you take pride in delivering excellent workOrganized and reliable: you keep projects moving and don’t drop ballsCurious and fast-learning: you ask sharp questions and ramp quicklyLow ego: you’re happy to do whatever helps the team winAI-native: you use AI tools to move faster and think betterBuilder mindset: you like shipping, iterating, and improving systemsClear communicator: strong English; German is a big plusYour BackgroundAt least one internship in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, banking, VC, or similar)Fluent in English (German strongly preferred)Berlin-based or willing to relocate (fully on-site)Available for 3–6 monthsBonus PointsYou’ve done hands-on inbound work before (content, newsletter, website, SEO, community, events)Exposure to AI / cloud / infrastructure topicsYou’ve built something yourself (project, venture, student initiative, conference, community, etc.)Why Join UsLearn from the inside: work directly with the founders and see how decisions are made and executedReal ownership: run meaningful projects, not busy workSteep learning curve: deep exposure to GTM, operations, and AI infrastructureDay-zero impact: help shape the systems, culture, and trajectory of LyceumLyceum is an equal opportunity employer.
