The roleThis role will be critical in coordinating activities across multiple international marketing, analytics and tech teams, maintaining highly organized and accurate documentation, and ensuring high quality output on marketing analytics projects.Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.What You’ll DoAct as an owner and take lead in marketing analytics projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zonesUnderstand and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the businessEnd-to-end responsibility for projects with high impactDevelop and maintain effective workflows and processes frameworkDevelop a cross-functional understanding of business processes in order to identify areas to improve customer retention and acquisition through process optimisation.What You’ll BringYou have Master Degree in Business/Management, Economics, Engineering or related fields3-5 years of experience leading projects; preferably in startup, tech or digital industryYou have previous experience working as a project manager, technical project manager, technical program manager or scrum master in an agile environmentYou are familiar with different agile frameworks and have experience putting them into practiceYou work independently, structured and conscientiouslyYou think in terms of business and are data and process-driven in your workYou have gained experience in operations, digital growth companies, analytics or related fields You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness in your dealings with stakeholdersYou are highly organized and always have an eye on deadlinesYou are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for actionYou learn quickly and find the right solution to every problemYou have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPointYou are number-driven and have a very good analytical understandingWhat We OfferElevate your lifestyle!
