What You'll Need• Successfully completed technical degree.• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in business development or project management, preferably within a matrix organization.• Experience with approval and implementation processes for public construction projects is a plus.• Open, persuasive, and communicative personality.• A pragmatic "entrepreneur within the company" with strong implementation skills.• International mindset with excellent English language proficiency.
