The Role• Implement new FM contracts and properties (technical & commercial)• Establish and introduce processes, standards, and service specifications• Act as a key interface between client, operational FM, technology, purchasing, and controlling• Hand over properties into regular operation, including documentation• Ensure data quality (e.g., contracts, service specifications, master data)• Support system introductions (e.g., CAFM) and identify optimization potentials What You'll Need• Completed commercial or technical training or degree (e.g., Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Construction, Engineering, Business Administration)• Experience in Facility Management, ideally in implementation, object management, or project environments• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with FM systems is a plus• Willingness to travel for property implementations What's On Offer• Secure, permanent contract with long-term projects and reputable clients• Intensive support and regular training opportunities for professional development• Challenging and varied tasks in an innovative company• 30 days of annual leave and the possibility of 2 days mobile work Apply via Haystack today!
