Product Manager - Managed Cloud ServicesWe're hiring for a global leader in IT services and consulting, renowned for driving innovation and digital transformation in the enterprise sector. Our expertise spans SAP solutions, cloud services, and AI-driven technologies, empowering businesses worldwide with cutting-edge solutions.The Role• Identify and evaluate market trends and new technologies for IaaS and PaaS Services for our SAP customer base.• Play an active role in creating managed services portfolio roadmaps.• Design new global managed cloud portfolio services including content, offerings, and cost calculation.• Take on end-to-end service offer management (go-to-market, portfolio, delivery) with a focus on portfolio lifecycle management.• Maintain key product documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing, sales enablement) in collaboration with Presales & Bid Management.• Provide internal teams with product knowledge and conduct enablement sessions for market launch readiness.What You'll Need• A degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP technology consulting, operations, and support.• Comprehensive knowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure-as-a-Service, or Platform-as-a-Service.• Strong understanding of SAP products and technology (S/4HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP ECC).• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-oriented and team-focused approach.• Professional working proficiency in English and/or German.What's On Offer• Flexible working hours and locations, including workation and mobile working options.• Comprehensive further development plans, including career models and an in-house academy.• Family-friendly benefits like daycare allowance and paid maternity leave.• Strong SAP partnership with access to SAP Learning Hub and certification opportunities.Apply via Haystack today!
