Product Manager - Application Management ServicesWe're seeking a dynamic Product Manager for a global leader in business and technology services, specializing in SAP solutions and digital innovation. This organization drives impact for 75% of the Fortune Global 100 with a global team of over 18,500 experts across more than 30 countries.The Role• Identify and evaluate market trends and new technologies for SAP application management services and SAP cloud solutions.• Actively contribute to the creation of managed services portfolio roadmaps.• Design new global managed services, including content, offerings, and cost calculations.• Manage the end-to-end service offer across go-to-market, portfolio, and delivery, focusing on portfolio lifecycle management.• Maintain key product documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing, sales enablement) in collaboration with Presales & Bid Management.• Provide product knowledge and conduct enablement sessions for internal teams to ensure market readiness.What You'll Need• A degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS).• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Application Management, SAP Products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP), AMS Presales, and/or Product Management.• Experience with outcome-based AMS models, industry-specific AMS models, and AI-infused service offerings is a plus.• Professional working proficiency in English and/or German.• Customer-oriented thinking, strong communication, and presentation skills, with a team-oriented approach.What's On Offer• Flexible working hours and locations, including workation, mobile working, and part-time models.• Structured career development, including topic-specific induction and an internal academy.• Comprehensive benefits such as daycare allowance and company pension plan subsidies.• Strong SAP partnership, extensive knowledge network, and opportunities for SAP Learning Hub and certifications.Apply via Haystack today!
