Gunnebo Entrance Control is small enough to see your ideas come to fruition, and big enough to realise your career goals.Role OverviewTo strengthen our German operations by providing administrative support, technical customer interactions, and service‑related sales activities, including retrofits, upgrades and minor service projects. This role improves customer response time, increases service sales, and supports project and service delivery — without replacing operational management functions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process order and documentation packages (materials, delivery notes, service documentation)Maintain service contracts, update records and support invoice preparationSupport project and service workflows by managing system updates and documentationEnsure documentation accuracy (manuals, drawings, checklists)Handle recurring administrative tasks and deadlines within service and project flowsIdentify retrofit and upgrade opportunities (motors, controllers, sensors, glass, access readers, safety upgrades)Prepare quotations for small upgrades, retrofit kits, spare part packages and extended service agreementsConduct customer meetings (remote or on‑site) to scope smaller service jobsWork closely with technicians to convert field findings into service salesProactively follow up on service leads, pending quotations and unconverted technician findingsSupport the product sales team with technical inquiriesCoordinate technical customer escalationsRequirements2-5 years in technical service administration, service coordination, technical inside sales, or junior project supportBasic technical understanding (mechanical/electrical)Strong communication skills and customer‑facing abilityFluent German; good English skillsStructured, self‑driven, solution‑oriented and able to manage parallel tasksExperience in access control, entrance security or related fields is a plusAbout usThe Gunnebo Group is a global leader in security, offering innovative products and services to protect and control the flow of people, and to safely secure valuables.
