Proficiency in Linux environments is essential, as well as experience with Rust or solid backend expertise in Golang with a keen interest in Rust. Candidates should demonstrate a good grasp of asynchronous programming, particularly with Tokio in Rust, and have prior experience building scalable, secure APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently within a small, focused team are crucial. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesThe Backend Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust monitoring and control platform for connected devices. Key responsibilities include developing backend modules using Rust and Tokio, designing REST APIs and system interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software components.

The role involves creating automated tests to maintain high code quality, setting up and enhancing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, and actively participating in architectural decisions and code reviews. Collaboration with hardware and embedded teams is vital to ensure system coherence and performance.
