In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, particularly in the fields of Data Science and Machine Learning.

Your expertise will be essential in identifying and engaging top talent through targeted direct outreach using various Active Sourcing tools. You will play a key role in building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet future staffing needs, ensuring that HUK-COBURG remains competitive in attracting highly qualified professionals. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, analyze recruitment KPIs, and participate in industry events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and connect with potential candidates.

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site presence, and provides an excellent opportunity to influence our talent acquisition processes and contribute to our continued growth.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree or vocational training, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Recruiting, Data, or related fields. Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Active Sourcing, particularly within Data Analytics or similar technical domains, is essential. A strong passion for current recruiting trends, digital media, and social platforms is required to effectively engage with passive candidates.

Excellent communication skills, combined with consulting, persuasion, and negotiation abilities, are vital for success. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive, structured approach with high initiative and the ability to work independently within a team. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including a willingness to be present in Coburg, is also necessary.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to profiles in Data Science and Machine Learning.Analyze current recruiting practices and develop continuous improvements for internal and external sourcing measures.Perform targeted, individual outreach to potential candidates via Active Sourcing tools and social media channels.Conduct interviews independently to assess candidates’ qualifications, potential, and cultural fit.Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming hiring needs.Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze data, and generate regular reports to optimize sourcing and hiring processes.Plan, prepare, and represent HUK-COBURG at career events, job fairs, and industry conferences to attract top talent.BenefitsAt HUK-COBURG, we value our employees and offer comprehensive benefits to support their well-being and development.
