In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined employee group, handling all personnel-related matters in compliance with collective agreements, company policies, and legal regulations. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our HR functions, from recruitment to employee development, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

You will work closely with various departments to implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification such as a certification as a Personnel Specialist (m/w/d) or Business Economist (m/w/d). Prior experience in HR management is highly desirable. You should possess strong conceptual skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for developing and optimizing HR processes.

Excellent communication skills, discretion, and a customer-oriented approach are essential. Additionally, familiarity with labor law, basic payroll processing, preferably with P&I LOGA, and proficiency in MS Office applications and ATOSS are required to succeed in this role.ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Generalist, your key responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive support to a designated employee group regarding all personnel matters, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and legal requirements.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job postings, managing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with relevant departments to select suitable candidates.Handling administrative HR tasks such as processing employment contracts, certificates, and other employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Organizing and executing employee development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and continuous education efforts to enhance workforce skills.Participating in the development and implementation of HR systems and strategies aimed at optimizing personnel management and fostering a positive organizational culture.Maintaining and analyzing HR metrics and statistics to support decision-making and strategic planning.Coordinating recruitment events, including preparing booth materials, presentations, and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.BenefitsJoining Schwering & Hasse Elektrodraht GmbH offers numerous benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
