A minimum of five years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and artificial intelligence, is essential.
You should demonstrate expertise in developing complex algorithms and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and scikit-learn, is required. Experience with MLOps, including deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines are highly desirable.
Additionally, knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles are important. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in German and English (both at least C1 level), be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently.
