Your primary responsibility will be to drive the ongoing development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform, tailored to support our digital business model within the European retail landscape. Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service, you will optimize processes across different countries, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of CRM architecture, data management, and integration techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Prior experience in the retail or wholesale sectors is advantageous.
