You will actively manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and tools to contribute to our values and mission.You Will Make Key Contributions To EnvaliorAs trusted business partner, pro-actively support the Vice-President Sales Europe in developing strategy and tactics to drive profitable growth.

Regional business control and performance steering against KPIs (sales volumes, margins, AR)OWC/Cash Control - AR management with support from shared services and customer service teamsSales accounting and price monitoring, including review and approval of rebates, commissions, and credit/debit notesMargin and pipeline management to ensure accurate and timely information for stakeholdersContinuous improvement projects and participation in strategic/tactical initiatives across the regionActing as a sparring partner to senior managers and supporting commercial performance dialoguesRequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEStrong background in Finance and Business ControllingExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsHands-on approach with ability to translate financial insights for non-finance colleagues5-10 years of relevant experience in finance or commercial controllingFull proficiency in German and EnglishDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; affinity with SAP and Power BI is a plusExperience in manufacturing or chemical industry is an advantageBenefitsWHY ENVALIOR?Competitive CompensationJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.Comprehensive BenefitsYour well-being matters to us.
