What You’ll Do
You have experience in business-to-business sales with a strong hunter mentality? Are you self-motivated and love working independently? Then you are a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. You play a key role within the French sales team as you are responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating new sales leads to expand our current market portfolio. Generation of qualified outbound leads by arousing interest in eGENTIC's servicesApproaching new customers: combine networking, cold calling and opening conversations with key decision-makers from various industriesResearching essential company information for business initiationCRM system: maintenance and creation of leads and opportunitiesTarget achievement: Reach your individual targets in terms of contact rate and follow-up of new business activitiesExisting customer portfolio: Management with full responsibility for retention and expansionSales Pro: responsibility for the entire cycle, from prospecting to managing proposals and closing dealsYou will be issued with KPI’s which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possibleFocus: keep an eye on market trendsRegular face-to-face team meetings and presentations
Your profile
Bachelor’s/Masters degree or comparable completed apprenticeship.At least 2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in online marketing / call center software / B2B software / lead generationCreativity, technical understanding and analytical thinkingExperience in sales in a competitive environmentExisting network of contacts and potential customers in France, ability to hit the ground runningNative in French and fluent in EnglishExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach paired with excellent time management and organizationWillingness to travel frequently
