About The Role
We’re searching for a Senior Key Account Manager to steer Dyson’s relationship with one of our largest, most strategic retail partners across Europe. This role isn’t about following the status quo—it’s about setting a new standard for multi-market retail partnerships, fuelling ambitious growth across multiple countries and categories.
Your Remit Covers
Leading the partnership with a major European retailer—collaborating with local and central teams to build joint business plans, nurture senior relationships, and deliver ambitious sales and margin targets for all Dyson categories.Translating global and regional strategy into market-specific plans that move the needle, keeping Dyson top-of-mind for our retail partner and their shoppers.Driving seamless launches of new technologies and campaigns—delivering best-in-class execution, both in-store and online, and ensuring Dyson’s premium brand shines.Providing coaching, leadership and direction to direct and dotted-line team members, ensuring clear objectives, development, and high performance.Using data and insight to drive accountability—forecasting, promotional planning, and budget control are second nature.Championing business reviews, proposals, and new growth opportunities with senior stakeholder audiences—inside Dyson and with the retailer.Working shoulder-to-shoulder with retail activation, media, and category teams, making every touchpoint count along the shopper journey.Hunting out new opportunities for strategic expansion across markets and channels—future-proofing the partnership for what comes next.
About you
A commercial game-changer with a proven record in international key account management—ready to own one of Dyson’s biggest and boldest retail partnerships.At least six years’ senior experience managing large key accounts in consumer tech, SDA, or premium brands, ideally across more than one European market.Adept at setting direction, building high-trust relationships, and influencing at the most senior level—internally, and with retail partners.Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with data, forecasting, business reviews, and building robust growth plans.Track record of launching market-first initiatives, leading joint business planning, and delivering against demanding sales and margin targets.Natural leader and coach—clear communicator, motivator, and collaborator working across direct and dotted-line environments.Resourceful, proactive, and energised by working in fast-paced, complex environments.Fluent in English (other European languages an advantage), with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Above all, you’re driven to push further—taking a market-leading partnership and multiplying its impact, at speed and scale, for Dyson and our key retail partner.Above all, you’ll be ambitious for Dyson, for our partners, and for yourself—ready to lift our retail presence to new heights.
