Continue to shape your future with us as PARTNER ON THE ROAD AHEAD!Dynapac is looking for a highly motivated person with a can-do attitude and willingness to be part of the Global Aftermarket Team located in Bremen and leader of the Dynapac Distribution Center in Bremen, Germany.You will be a direct report to the Vice President Operations & Engineering.Job DescriptionStrategic and operational management of the entire warehouse and logistics area in BremenCreate and execute a structure for Aftermarket with focus on: Customers/dealers, Regional Campaigns, Supporting the Divisional strategy on handling competitionMonthly follow up of revenue / profits in close cooperation with all CC´sResponsible for all concerns of the Distribution Center as well as the contractorsImprovement of: Customer satisfaction, Transport and packaging cost, Stock policy,Cost structure (such as overhead- and functional cost), Branding activitiesTake Leadership of complete Dynapac DC Team in Bremen according to org. structureBring digitalization in DDC forwardClose cooperation with Global DC Teams to share best practicesLead the inbound and outbound logistics processes generating reporting measures for KPI'sStrengthen the call off process by continuously taking customer feedback and implementing measures with inbound activities including with supply chainInteract with Customers in order to promote use of digital toolsResponsibility for occupational safety, quality and complianceAbout YouEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGECompleted studies in the field of logistics, business administration, supply chain management or comparable qualificationSeveral years of management experience in a logistics center or spare parts warehouseDeep understanding of modern warehousing and distribution processesExperience in project and change managementProven business and results oriented backgroundGood understanding of Supply Chain, Warehousing and AftermarketAbility to cooperate with customers and stakeholdersFluency in English and German; other languages knowledge will be an added valueCommercial awareness and creativityRequirements PERSONAL REQUIREMENTSYou are customer driven and supportiveYou are a great Team leaderYou are very open-minded and like to take initiativesYou are self-starter and able to work well in a teamYou are hands-on and get things done in a pragmatic wayYou keep deadlines and are committed to tasks given with high quality deliverablesRECRUITING MANAGERAxel MoorenBackApply
