As an MLOps Engineer you will own model lifecycle infrastructure, not model behaviour. In this role you will collaborate with Federated Data team for data sourcing, and share Federated Data Infrastructure (Airflow) for MLOps needs.What You’ll DoModel Lifecycle AutomationDesign and maintain pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and rollbackImplement versioning and promotion workflows for modelsEnsure reproducibility across training and inference runsProduction ReadinessBuild and maintain inference infrastructure and deployment workflowsEnsure models meet latency, availability, and scalability requirementsPartner with Agentic Orchestration team on API reliability and integration patternsObservability & MonitoringImplement monitoring for model performance, latency, errors, and costDetect and alert on regressions, drift, and operational failures Provide tooling for debugging production model behaviorPlatform CollaborationWork closely with the Applied ML Engineer to support experimentation needsReport to DevOps in regard to shared infrastructure and security standardsGovernance & SafetyImplement access controls, auditability, and safe deployment practicesSupport compliance, data handling, and rollback requirements as neededRequiredWHAT YOU’LL BRINGStrong background in DevOps or platform engineeringExperience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infrastructureFamiliarity with ML workflows, even if not a model builderExperience building CI/CD pipelines and observability systemsComfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environmentsNice to HaveDesigning or tuning modelsData science or statistical analysis expertiseOwning core cloud platform infrastructure aloneWE OFFERGreat benefits that vary based on the country from which you choose to apply.
