The right candidate combines expertise in international transportation with a hands-on mentality, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence in a fast-paced, trading-driven environment.Your MissionLead and continuously develop our global logistics strategy, covering transport, warehousing, and customs operationsDesign and optimize international transportation networks across all channels – sea, air, rail, and roadBuild and manage strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and 3PL providersMake key build-or-buy decisions for logistics infrastructure (own warehouses vs. external solutions)Ensure full compliance with international customs and trade regulationsDrive logistics automation and digitalization initiatives across all stages of the supply chainLead and grow a high-performing logistics team, balancing operational excellence and strategic planningCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including Procurement, Sales, Tech, and Finance – to ensure seamless supply chain executionTrack and analyze key logistics KPIs, manage budgets, and constantly optimize cost, quality, and lead timesYour ProfileDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of experience in international logistics – ideally in a fast-paced trading or logistics environment (Fashion, Beauty, or FMCG a plus)In-depth knowledge of global transportation and 3PL/4PL structuresThorough knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international trade regulationsProven success in building and managing international logistics networksStrong leadership experience and the ability to build and empower teamsStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownershipFluent in English; German is a plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsWhy Us?An awesome team & great vibesWork with motivated colleagues in an agile, ambitious, and friendly atmosphere where collaboration and fun go hand in hand with high speed.Flat hierarchies & real growth opportunitiesTake ownership of your role and develop personally alongside the company.
