The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent to support HPC AG’s ongoing growth and project demands. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and publishing job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate assessments, and coordinating interviews.

You will liaise closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, you will work on continuously improving our digital recruitment processes, collaborating with external service providers, and maintaining effective communication with our works council. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable engineering firm with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial vocational training and have relevant experience in recruitment or personnel sourcing.

Strong organizational skills, initiative, and independence are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in German is required, with good English skills considered an advantage. You should demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
