This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive IT support across our worldwide offices, ensuring seamless technology operations and user satisfaction.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting the deployment of new technologies, and maintaining IT environments in regional offices. Candidates should possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certifications or CompTIA Certifications, demonstrating their technical proficiency. An ITIL certification is also highly desirable, reflecting a solid understanding of IT service management best practices.

Support will be delivered via multiple channels including portal, phone, and chat, across our global offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues across various platforms such as Windows and Mac OS, as well as Office 365 and soft-phone systems.
Install, configure, and maintain standard hardware and software both onsite and remotely to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate closely with the Corporate IT Service Teams for escalations and third-line support, providing expert assistance when necessary. Participate actively in IT projects, particularly in deploying new technologies and upgrades, to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Maintain and support regional office environments, including conference room AV systems, and ensure the smooth operation of remote offices, which may involve regional or international travel.
