In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment processes across our platforms. You will play a crucial part in automating deployment workflows, managing infrastructure as code, and securing our applications through robust security measures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in container orchestration, cloud technologies, and automation tools, with a passion for enhancing operational efficiency and platform stability. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a secure and forward-thinking environment, contributing to the digital security landscape.QualificationsThe successful candidate should possess a completed degree in computer science or a related field, or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience in a comparable position. Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes environments, including working with manifests, Helm, and Kustomize, is essential.

Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, along with experience in building and evolving CI/CD processes, particularly for Day 2 operations, is required. A solid understanding of Linux environments and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift is necessary. Additionally, candidates should have general IT knowledge, especially in operating software solutions in external cloud environments, and experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) are also mandatory.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include the conception, setup, and configuration of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment workflows. You will implement application and user security mechanisms using LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, and Keycloak, maintaining high standards of security. Building, operating, and maintaining databases such as Postgres and MariaDB will be part of your daily tasks.

Automating deployment processes with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD will be central to your role. You will oversee the deployment and operation of third-party tools including GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, Argo Workflows, and Superset. Installing and managing on-premise solutions for secrets, password, repository, and source code management is also within your scope.

You will collaborate with the Quality team to ensure platform quality through test automation and work closely with the architecture, project management, and other teams to ensure the technical integrity of our private cloud platform.
