Job Description
Network & Capacity Planning Execution:
Plan and coordinate capacity and production activities across network changes (e.g., warehouse launches, closures, automation rollouts), ensuring smooth operational transitions without service disruption.
Order Allocation & DOM Optimization:
Manage and continuously improve order allocation settings (DOM), including order splitting and sales area management, to balance service levels and operational costs.
Production Planning (PPT) Management:
Own and operate the Production Planning Template (PPT), integrating inbound, outbound, and fullness forecasts. Ensure planning decisions (e.g., pre-purchase, migrations) are aligned with capacity and demand. Labor Capacity Planning:
Work closely with Operations and Fulfillment Excellence to define, monitor, and adjust inbound and outbound labor capacity. Support slot planning and ensure alignment between supplier deliveries and warehouse capabilities. Warehouse Capacity & Fullness Control:
Maintain accurate visibility of warehouse capacity and storage utilization. Ensure system data reflects physical reality and support improvements in space utilization and planning accuracy. Forecasting & Volume Planning:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and mid-term volume forecasts for outbound and inbound flows. Translate forecasts into actionable plans for operations and support budgeting processes. Performance Tracking & Process Improvement:
Monitor key KPIs (e.g., throughput, capacity utilization, cost efficiency), identify operational inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements in planning processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field. 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on labor and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and network design. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
