You’ll lead the charge across:User acquisition: Create content that converts and attracts new users.User activation: Drive engagement and product usage from existing users.User retention: Keep our community coming back through sticky, relevant storytelling.ResponsibilitiesFully own and manage FreeCash’s social presence Design, produce, and publish native social content dailyLaunch and run full-scale organic campaignsContinuously analyze content data to improve performanceMaintain high-quality creative standards (copy tone, visual polish, pacing)Increase revenue, sign-ups, and in-app purchases from organic social channelsGrow overall reach, followers, and engagement metrics across X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTokBuild and nurture a loyal community around FreecashActively address and counter negative sentiment to protect brand reputationWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Social Media Management B2C, ideally in gaming or ad tech industriesProven track record of driving performance through organic contentStrong creator skills — you film, edit, write, postDeep platform knowledge: X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTokFamiliarity with AI content toolsBonusExperience working with UGC or influencer marketingAble to localize and scale campaigns by marketYou’re funny, meme-literate, current, and have the “cool social media person” vibeWhy Almedia?
