About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Stepstone Group GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and regions. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a multinational environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting platforms is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, are critical. Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in diversity and inclusion initiatives is highly desirable. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability based on role requirements.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role specifications.Maintaining and updating candidate databases and applicant tracking systems accurately.Providing a consultative approach to hiring managers, offering insights and market trends related to talent acquisition.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.Promoting employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
