About The Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern (m/w/d) to join our team in Glashütte starting June 2026. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into modern human resources management within an international environment. As an integral part of our HR team, you will support daily operational tasks, contribute to the development and enhancement of HR processes, and assist in employer branding initiatives. The role is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. The internship duration is at least six months, providing ample opportunity to develop practical skills, understand the nuances of HR functions, and participate actively in a dynamic, luxury-focused workplace.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable discipline.Strong engagement, initiative, and excellent communication skills.Customer and team-oriented mindset with high reliability and integrity.Ability to work independently with a structured and responsible approach.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in German (C2 level) and good command of English.Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist our HR team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.Participate in the design and optimization of HR processes and projects.Support creative initiatives related to employee communication and employer branding efforts.Contribute to the organization and execution of internal HR activities and events.Engage with various HR functions to gain practical experience and understanding of international HR practices.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
